Great Healthy Eating CookBook

I love cookbooks,I have a collection starting. When I ordered this book I figured there would be some good recipes but the rest of the book would tell me when to eat and how much to eat. I was wrong,the recipes are delicious and easy and you don't have to have special ingredients to make them.The pictures are great and make you hungry and excited to make these recipes. People who are just wanting to eat healthier or wanting to lose a bit of weight would do good to get this book. I was completely surprised and pleased when I read it.
